How will the events of 2020 affect the recruitment landscape?

The 2020/21 UK Candidate Attraction Survey is now open for UK Recruitment professionals to take part.

Open to both in-house and agency recruiters, the survey seeks to understand and report back on challenges, trends and behaviours across the recruitment landscape, with the primary aim to identify the effectiveness of candidate sourcing channels. This year we may be in for a big change in what is working and what isn’t!

Anyone who completes the survey will receive a copy of the extensive findings and can enter the prize draw to win £200 Amazon vouchers.

Now in its fifth year, the survey has reported on the most popular advertising and sourcing channels used, and which ones are performing best in each industry and sector. In this survey, we want to find out the current state of business operations and understand which channels and techniques you are currently using. You can get involved here.

The key findings are presented by sector and company size in easy-to-digest ‘Sourcing Quadrants’ that provide an at-a-glance ranking of channels – comparing candidate volume and candidate quality.

The survey is open to all In-House Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Partners and Recruitment Consultants. The report findings serve as groundwork for recruiters to benchmark themselves across the industry – thousands downloaded the final report last year.
