An exodus of CEOs could be on the cards, as new research has revealed that 20% of CEOs are unhappy in their current role and ready to move on.
And they’re not the only members of the C-Suite to be feeling restless. The research by Barnett Waddingham also found that 26% of senior decision-makers are unhappy in their roles, with half of these looking to leave. Within SMEs, the number of senior decision-makers thinking about leaving rises to 33%, with one in six looking to move on.
