Half of workers are frustrated because their organisation offers few opportunities for career progression, a new poll suggests.
The research, which was conducted by the Association for Project Management (APM), an industry body for the project profession, and reported on in the Independent, found that 19% claim that their job offers no opportunity for training, meaning they’re unable to upskill or move out of their role.
