Here's what leaders think about office downsizing

This week HSBC announced that, in line with its new ongoing organisational working structure of allowing employees to be either based remotely or in a ‘hybrid model’ that would see them going into a far less structured office environment, it would be slashing its office space by a total of 40% – according to reports from the Independent.
