Since the pandemic struck the UK, the majority of employees have been able to enjoy some form of flexibility when it comes to their working arrangements. Thanks to the Prime Minister encouraging employees to work from home where possible in order to help prevent the spread, remote working has become the new norm. And it seems that staff members are keen to keep some form of remote work, even when the pandemic subsides and things start to return to some form of pre-covid normality. In fact, research shared by Slack found that just 8.4% of UK workers want to return to the workplace full time. In addition, 15.6% of respondents stated that they would prefer to work remotely in the future.
